Terms and Conditions

1. Conclusion of Contract

By making a booking, a binding rental agreement is concluded between the guest and the host.

2. Prices

Price per night: 2,840 SEK
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Final cleaning: 2,350 SEK (mandatory)

3. Payment

A deposit of 10% is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 months before arrival.

4. Cancellation Policy

Up to 6 weeks before arrival: 100% refund
Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 3 weeks before arrival: no refund

5. Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Check-out: by 11:00 am

6. Use of the Property

The holiday home may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking.

7. House Rules

No pets allowed
Non-smoking property
No parties or events
No commercial photography

8. Liability

The guest is liable for any damage caused during the stay.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. natural disasters), no claims for compensation can be made.
